				<description>&lt;p&gt;Most traditional spray booths are basically giant wind tunnels. They blast massive amounts of air to keep the temperature up, but there&amp;rsquo;s a catch: all that airflow acts like a vacuum. It sucks up every bit of dust, lint, and gunk floating around and slams it right into your wet paint.&#xA;In aerospace, that&amp;rsquo;s a nightmare. One tiny speck of dust isn&amp;rsquo;t just an eyesore—it can actually cause a structural flaw or make the whole finish fail.&#xA;We handle this by ditching the forced-air heating and using Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) instead.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the thing about infrared: it doesn&amp;rsquo;t bother heating the air. Instead, it sends out radiation that goes straight through the coating to heat the part itself. Since you aren&amp;rsquo;t blasting hot air everywhere, you stop moving the dust. We call it &amp;ldquo;static curing.&amp;rdquo; You stop the air, and the contaminants just stay put.&#xA;To make this work, we use high-density quartz tubes. These things hit curing temperature in seconds. It creates this great &amp;ldquo;skin-over&amp;rdquo; effect where the top layer of paint hardens almost instantly. This locks out any stray particles before they even have a chance to settle into the film.&#xA;Now, you do have to be smart about where you put the lamps. SWIR only works if it has a clear line of sight. If your part has deep pockets or a weird shape, you&amp;rsquo;ll end up with cold spots. You&amp;rsquo;ve got to map out the lamp array carefully so the heat hits every single surface at the right angle.&#xA;The result? You get rid of that annoying &amp;ldquo;orange peel&amp;rdquo; look and those tiny bumps caused by dust.&#xA;Plus, it&amp;rsquo;s just faster. You aren&amp;rsquo;t sitting around waiting for a massive room to warm up. You just flip the switch and start curing. Your equipment takes up less space, and you stop throwing away ruined parts.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
