We built a replacement infrared lamp for KHS blow molders to break that cycle.</p> <h2 id="what-matters-technically">What matters technically</h2> <p>We spec the lamp to match KHS heating requirements: medium-wave infrared output tuned for PET preform heating, stable filament temperature for a predictable heat profile, and the correct R7s base and quartz tube dimensions. Voltage and wattage are chosen to match the OEM heating zone load, so the control <a href="https://henruite.com">system</a> sees the same electrical behavior. The quartz envelope handles rapid thermal cycling, and the internal geometry keeps the hot zone focused where the preform needs it.</p>
