Here’s the heart of it: a high-output infrared heater that wakes up fast. We set it up to run on 400V, which lets us pack more wattage into a small footprint without straining the circuitry. Built to take the heat
We pair a quartz tube with a halogen-filled element to deliver infrared heat that’s both quick and steady. Quartz handles high temperatures well and stays tough when the heater cycles on and off rapidly. The halogen fill helps prevent filament degradation, so the output stays consistent over thousands of cycles. And for installation, we use an R7s connector—the standard two-pin linear fitting. It makes the hookup straightforward and keeps the electrical contact solid. In most convection oven setups, it’s a simple drop-in replacement.
