Making it Work in Your Kitchen
These are designed to be drop-in replacements. You just wire them into your existing PID controllers and you’re good to go. But a quick heads-up: because these lamps focus so much heat on the surface, you have to watch your airflow. If your ventilation is sluggish or your loaves are crammed too close together, you might scorch the tops before the middle is even set.
