Material & Design
Inside, you’ve got a shortwave halogen element, all tucked into a quartz tube. This setup gets hot fast and stays steady, even when your blow molder is constantly cycling on and off. And that internal halogen cycle? It keeps the filament healthy, which means a longer life and no more premature burnouts. The connector is an R7s base, chosen specifically to match the socket on Sidel machines. So you wire it up exactly the same way as the original. No need to mess with the machine’s electrical system.
